1. Is all production done in house?

Only a very small portion of work, on certain products, is not done in our facility. Specialty finishing processes are outsourced to qualified partners. Examples include foil stamping, embossing and UV coating of covers and case binding.

2. Do you print color books?

Yes, we can do 4 color text with limited page counts and quantity requirements. Our main product is 1 and 2 color books.

3. What is your normal turn time?

For most titles our standard turn time is 2 weeks for a reprint and 3 weeks for a new title. We do, however, accommodate any schedule that is requested by a customer.

4. What trim sizes do you print?

Our trim sizes range from 3x5 to 9x12.

5. What types of paper do you supply?

To ensure quick turn times for our customers, we carry a wide variety of quality offset, opaque, groundwood and bulk book papers including certified and recycled grades. We have 10 pt., 12pt., and 100# cover stocks (C1S/C2S) on hand and any sheet stock is readily available through our supply chain.

6. What type of digital file formats can you accept?

The preferred format is either Adobe/CS In-design or Quark PDG files with all art/fonts embedded via FTP or e-mail. Because of the wide range of customers and markets we service however, we do accept and work with just about any format/software available.
